Survey and Design

JNS offers free survey and design visits to ensure that you receive the best advice based on your needs.

Once you have made contact with us, we will be in touch to discuss your requirements and arrange a no obligation site survey and quotation.

We are able to upgrade existing analogue CCTV systems utilising existing cabling infrastructure, as well as install new IP systems from scratch.

Installation

We have the experience and skills necessary to tackle just about every type of job that comes our way. With JNS Support Services Ltd, clients know exactly what to expect - professionalism, efficiency and exceptional results.

After the site survey has been completed and design proposal submitted and agreed, we will arrange an installation date to suit you. We always ensure that our clients are kept up to date with progress and on completion we will review the project to ensure that all expectations have been met.

Planned Maintenance

At JNS, we recommend an ongoing planned maintenance visit on an annual or bi-annual basis, to ensure that your security system is working at its best.

We check and clean all security equipment, check that the devices are operating correctly and also provide a report of the system status following the visit.

If any recommendations are required, these will be advised on a no obligation basis.

Reactive Service

Here at JNS we are committed to getting the job done, especially when it comes to reactive service. You can count on us to be professional, timely, efficient and make sure you’re satisfied every step of the way.

Sometimes, things do go wrong, but at JNS we aim to resolve any problems you may be experiencing as quickly and efficiently as possible. We can also offer telephone and remote support so it isn't always necessary for an engineer to attend your premises.

Following each visit a full report will be provided and any follow up recommendations.
